Non-fabricated items: Returns accepted
Fabricated items: Returns NOT accepted. Fabricated items include chain slings, wire rope sling, nylon slings, endless round slings, and other custom-fabricated products.
Return Policy:
- Time - If you wish to return an item, you must contact RuggedTow within 72 hours after receiving the item and the item must be in NEW (UNUSED) condition
- Method of Refund - Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used in the original purchase.
- Product Condition - Product MUST be in NEW (UNUSED) condition for a return to be accepted.

- Charges - Buyer must pay Return Shipping. Original outbound shipping fee will not be returned.
- Return Shipping Methods Accepted: Fedex, UPS, USPS, all common carriers
